Making changes at your company

• We will deal with all administration involved in making changes at your company.
• In particular, we can execute the following changes:
  • change of company name
  • change of company registered office 
  • arranging a trade and having this entered in the Commercial Register
  • removing / appointing the governing body (managing director, member of the board of directors, statutory director)
  • removing / appointing a holder of the procuration
  • the transfer of a stake (or a part of a stake) to a new member 
  • increasing / decreasing the subscribed capital
  • a change to founding documents (memorandum of association, articles of association)
• We provide a full service, from preparing documents to entering changes in the Commercial Register. 
• You can arrange everything from the comfort of your own home – you provide us with power of attorney and we will represent you before authorities, a notary, the commercial court – you do not need to arrange anything, simply sign the relevant documents.
• The price depends on whether a notarial deed must be written up regarding the changes made.
  • changes not requiring a notarial deed (for example, replacement of managing director)  CZK 3,000
  • changes in the form of a notarial deed (for example, change of company name) CZK 8,000
• If changes are entered in the Commercial Register, you must add CZK 2,000 to cover the cost of a duty-stamp for the court. 

Immediate entry of changes in the Commercial Register

• If you are in a hurry to enter changes in the Commercial Register, we are able to arrange immediate entry for you.
• You will receive a new copy of an entry in the Commercial Register (showing the changes entered) on the same day that the changes are made
• All in accordance with legal regulations – this service is provided in cooperation with our notary, who is able to enter changes in the Commercial Register (we therefore avoid the 5-day time limit which the court has to enter changes).
